Access Resource Mailbox with Windows Outlook 20162019/20192021

To add the mailbox to your PC Outlook 20102019/2013/2016 2021 folder list, please do the following:

1. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.

2. Click on Delegation and Accounts.
3. Click on Shared With Me.

4. Click the plus sign and then click New Account to add an additional Exchange account.

   In the E-mail address field,

   enter the email address of the shared mailbox and click Add.

5. You will be directed to the UT login page and will be required to use DUO (2nd factor authentication).
