This workflow covers the process of exporting a still frame from Premiere.

If Premiere is not open, open it.

- Project Setup

Move

you Image Removed

your playhead through Premiere until you find the single frame that you would like to export.  Park your playhead Image Modified
on that frame in the timeline.

Select 'File > Export > Media...'

Click the "Export Frame" button

or

Press Shift+E

Image Added

Name your Still frame

Select 'Format > JPEG'

Image Removed

Name it something that makes sense to you. 
Make sure to save it to where the rest of your media is stored, such as on your personal hard drive or on the tempstorage drive.

Click 'Save'

Browse to where you'd like to save



Click OK
