Each month the SLC Admin will send a new reminder with the Qualtrics survey. The survey will be active semester long, either bookmark it or search it in your email whenever needed. Using Today's (accessed through UTDirect to UTMarket to Today's) search the item and enter the product number into the survey, be sure to include quantity in parentheses. Requests should not be submitted in any other formway.
Survey:
Disallowed purchases: No food or drink is permitted on the office suply order. Items of that nature must be purchased with an OOEF through Burpy.
