- By looking up any of these categories (tag, serial, primary user, etc) you can find all of the relevant item information
CLAIM is not limited to computers but any and all equipment on campus that either requires a tag number or a means of being kept track of
Creating/Editing an entry:
- To create edit an entry, you simply click the "Add New Item" button in the right-hand corner and fill out all of the information provided with the piece of equipment.
* You will not usually need to fill out anything in the bottom section, therefore I have only included the prompts most commonly used when creating a CLAIM entrypencil icon at the far right of the row and from there you can update the primary user, building, room number etc to ensure our records are accurate.
