To connect to the FileMaker Pro Server and access shared databases:

1. In the File menu, click Open Remote...
2.  In the window that opens, click Hosts

   Click the + in the bottom left corner

   Enter The first time you open FileMaker Pro you may get the following notice about the Firewall.  This is fine, just select "Cancel" can continue

3. In the File menu, select Hosts > Show Hosts

4. Select the "+"

5. Enter the Host:  engr-fmp-01.austin.utexas.edu for both the Address and Name fields
   Image Removed
   
6. Click Save
Select your database and click Open
