Travel support is open to both Master's and Doctoral students and is limited to a maximum of $400 per student each semester. Receipts are required for any reimbursed charges after travel. Priority consideration will be given to applicants who are presenting research.

Fill out the Student Travel Award Application and provide the following documentation: 

  • Notification of Acceptance, per conference/proposal

  • Please name your file in this convention: StudentLastName_StudentFirstName_Notice_Of_Acceptance_ConferenceName 
  • Conference:

    • Name

    • Dates

    • Location

  • Presenting information (type, title, faculty member, etc)

    • A faculty signature will be required ONLY if you are presenting with a faculty member

  • Expenses, per conference
