- Reviewing applications with facultyfaculty
- Arranging faculty travel for recruitment purposes.
- Departmental Enrollment ManagementManagement
- Sets recruitment goals with College of Fine Arts leadership and the Chair of the Department of Theatre and Dance.
- Helps maintain enrollment numbers to provide high quality learning.
- Coordinates scholarships for freshmen applicants.
- Coordinates internal scholarship process for current students
- Manage COFA student ambassador program responsible for facilitating COFA-wide information sessions, facility tours and other fine arts recruitment events.
