Adding An Account
Open your device's Settings app.
Select Passwords & accounts. Depending on your device, this may also be called Accounts or Users & accounts.
Select Add account.
Select Exchange.
Enter your Microsoft 365 email address and select Next.
You will be redirected to a University of Texas branded login screen. Enter your UT EID (or Microsoft 365 email address) and password and select Sign In.
If prompted, complete the multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirement.
You may be prompted to provide your account with a descriptive name.
Your account is now
added and will begin syncing.
Removing An Account
Open your device's Settings app.
Select Passwords & accounts. Depending on your device, this may also be called Accounts or Users & accounts.
Select your Microsoft 365 account.
Select Delete account or Remove account.
In the dialog that appears, select Remove account to confirm.
