Verify Your Identity

📲 Phone call (Choose this option if you kept your number or have your old phone with you.)

  • Answer the phone call.

  • Press any number on the key pad.

  • Hang up.

🔢 Bypass code (Choose this option if the other verification methods don’t work)

  • Contact the ITS Service Desk to get the code.

Device Management Page

  • Once you’re at the device management page, click “I have a new phone” and it will provide you with a QR code.

Scanning the QR Code

  • Download the Duo Mobile Duo_Icon.pngImage Added app on your new phone.

  • Tap Add (plus) or Reconnect 🔁

  • Scan the QR Code from the Device Management page.
