  1. Data Collection
    1. Undergraduates signed up for 3 hours of credit must set aside 6 dedicated hours of research on the laboratory Google calendar (FALCON SMNP Lab Scheduler). They must be available to work in the laboratory during these times.
    2. Either the RA themselves or a graduate student will assign a research participant to these time slots at the beginning of the week. This will be marked on the Google Calendar as "RA NAME_PROTOCOL_PARTICIPANTS PROTOCOL NUMBER (Names of Researchers)."
    3. RAs will run all scheduled participants during the week.
    4. The RA must report their progress at the end of the week, including the number of participants they ran, no shows, protocol deviations, and adverse events.
  2. Recruitment
    1. Undergraduate RAs will use RedCap to recruit participants: https://redcap.prc.utexas.edu/redcap/index.php?action=myprojects. RAs must contact RedCap administrators to gain access to a RedCap account for the protocol they will be working on.
    2. Once accessible, RAs will login using their EID and password and click on the protocol they are working on.
    3. To search for possible subjects, click on "Data Exports, Reports, and Stats." Next, click "View Report" next to "All Data."
    4. Then, the RA will identify eligible participants (based on the protocol they are following) and contact these participants using the laboratory email account (falconlearninglab@gmail.com or falconlearninglab@utexas.edu).
    5. Eligible participants will be invited to the laboratory, scheduled during any available RAs times.
    6. RAs are expected to check the lab scheduler daily.
  3. Lab Meeting
    1. Undergraduate RAs are expected to attend all lab meetings during semesters they are enrolled in KIN327R.
    2. Participation at lab meetings is highly encouraged, including reading papers and discussing their thoughts on those papers.
    3. RAs will also share any new protocol, equipment or safety related information.
