Additionally, CT applications will be required for all cooperating teachers, not just those in Austin ISD. Below are generic Cooperating Teacher Agreement forms for you to use when making placements in other districtsnon-AISD districsts, charter/private schools, etc. Note: Round Rock ISD will distribute their own Agreement forms to their teachers. Pflugerville ISD also has their own placement procedure. They have asked that we not distribute forms to their teachers until the district has approved the placement.
