Below are instructions for you to help cancel their appointment. Be sure to ask if they would like help rescheduling the appointment. Also, please remind students that 24-hour notices for cancellations are appreciated.
- Use the following link to get to MyUGS: https://utdirect.utexas.edu/apps/ugs/ugsdb/scheduling/learning/appointments/
- Click over to the Learning Specialists tab shown in a blue box in the picture below.
- Find the upcoming appointment in the list. You can find the appointment by sorting or by searching. Click "Cancel Student."
- The system will prompt you to confirm.
- The student will receive a cancellation email. Inquire if they would like any assistance in booking a new appointment.
