Numerical results from the Course - Instructor and Course -Evaluation Survey numerical results are Evaluation surveys must be presented as two separate reports within the dossier in this subsection of the Teaching section including the:

The Faculty Affairs team in the Provost’s Office will provide these two reports to the college/schools for each of their promotion candidates before the end of the summer, 2023.The college/school/department/candidate will be responsible for completing the reports for inclusion in the dossier prior to the BC/EC review.Updates to the reports will be provided in September 2023 promotion dossier before July 31, 2024.
Reports for candidates who taught course(s) in the summer 2023 termduring the Summer 2024 term will be updated in September 2024.
Full Course Instructor and Course Evaluation Survey results, including both numerical summaries and student comments, for the time periods listed below, must be included in the dossier in Subsection [Section G.1312(b)] for all courses (including those offered in summer terms, and as Option II , and or Option III courses):

Course evaluation survey results and associated student comments from Fall 2023 2024 courses taught by the candidate may be added to the dossier and reviewed by the president’s committee.
The candidate has the option of adding a statement to the Additional Statements section of the dossier (Section G.1211) in response to these course evaluations in early January 2025 when the results are available.
