The candidate must provide a short personal statement (limited to two pages) that summarizes summarizing their contributions, leadership, performance, and trajectory in terms of service and the impact of their serviceof service to the University of Texas, academic and professional organizations, and/or communities and the impact of their service.
Honors, awards, and recognition related to service should be discussed.
The candidate may also address the professional impact of COVID-19 on their service activities.
