The This folder must include the full text of the five most significant works completed in rank , which that were shared with the external reviewers, must be included in a separate folder entitled “Five Most Significant Works Completed in Rank” within the Supplemental Materials folder.
The summary discussing co-authorship and the role of the candidate in preparing each co-authored work included in Subsection G.7(c) of the dossier must be duplicated as the first page of this subsection.
Include copies of reviews of any of the five most significant works (if available).
If a tenure-track assistant professor elected to send a sixth work to the external reviewers, that must also be included.
