Open Adobe Media Encoder and click ADD>Navigate to the file you want to encode and select it | ||||
Click on the "Format" pulldown and select the FLV/F4V H.264 setting | ||||
Then click on Preset Settings or Disclosure Triangle | ||||
On the Preset select HDTV 1080p24 High Quality |

Click on the Video Tab and on the Frame Rate change it to 23.976 |

Then click on "Output File" choose either

Then click on highlighted "Output File" path and select a place to put save the encoded file | ||||
Then click Start Queue | _GoBack | _GoBack | or the green Play button in the upper right hand corner of the window
