Add the Semester's Student Schedules:
- Double click on the time slot.
- Add Student's name in the Untitled event box.
- Revise the time span with the Student's scheduled hours.
- Check box: REPEAT
- Repeats: Weekly
- Repeat every: 1 week
- Repeat on: [check day]
- Starts on: [use current date]
- Ends: On 5/14/13 [last day of semester schedule]
- Review the Summary information and then click DONE.
- If you want to assign a student an Event Color, that's fine, however the color assignment will not show up on our wiki calendar.
- Click SAVE.
Add Staff Approved Time Off:
Staff time off will be posted at the top of the calendar day. In order to do this, you must schedule it as an all day event.
