CarCAN Harness
Note: we have two CarCAN connectors on our board, although Controls is set up as a endpoint of the CAN bus so there will likely be a terminating resistor on one of the connectors. For the test harness, it would still be nice to have two CarCAN harnesses in case we are set up in between two other nodes.
