  • Sign in with your UT EID

  • When it asks you to enter a code, click the link that says, “Other options.”

  • Click “Manage devices

  • Verify your identity using one of the listed methods:

    • 📲 Phone call (Choose this option if the phone number is correct.)

      • Answer the phone call.

      • Press any number on the number pad.

      • Hang up.

    • 🔢 Bypass Code (Choose this option if the other verification methods don’t work)

  • Once you’re at the device management page, click “I have a new phone” and it will provide you with a QR code.

  • Download the Duo Mobile app and scan the QR code.

  • You’re done! (tick)
