To register your new phone go to http://bit.ly/utduo
Sign in with your UT EID
When it asks you to enter a code, click the link that says, “Other options.”
Click “Manage devices”
Verify your identity using one of the listed methods:
📲 Phone call (Choose this option if the phone number is correct.)
Answer the phone call.
Press any number on the number pad.
Hang up.
🔢 Bypass Code (Choose this option if the other verification methods don’t work)

Once you’re at the device management page, click “I have a new phone” and it will provide you with a QR code.
Download the Duo Mobile app and scan the QR code.
