General Duties:
- Guest Artist Liaison
- Pay visiting guest artist stipends
- Make travel arrangements and initiate reimbursements for out of town visitors
- San Jacinto Parking vouchers
- FDP Parking passes holder
- DPSUSER
- Provide backup to Finance Manager
Workday:
- Set up current faculty, staff, and students in Workday to receive stipends for short-term professional work
- Hire, Pre-Hire, onboard, and/or terminate long sessions and summer Non-Academic hourly appointments
