Cooperating teachers in AISD and RRISD must submit an application to the district in order to host a student in their classroom. The application must be signed by the principal and received by the district in order for the placement to be approved.
Coordinators will supply teachers in Austin ISD with Cooperating Teacher Applications each semester. Starting fall 2020, the applications will be completed electronically through DocuSign. Coordinators will be given the links to the DocuSign forms to share with their CTs each semester. Below are the links for fall 2021:

Round Rock ISD placements, coordinators are to give the Cooperating Teacher Application forms only to campus principals – never directly to the teachers. Teachers in either district may not host students unless/until a signed form from their principals has been received, either by the Education Services Office or the district.
