- Department forwards external review requests, with link to candidate's CV, research statement, five most significant works completed in rank, and optional COVID-19 impact statement
- Admin staff update P&T materials in departmental wiki and Smartsheet templates
- Department provides candidates with Smartsheets for dossier material submission
- Candidates submit P&T materials to the Department

- Department faculty vote on P&T dossiers
