This workflow covers the process of exporting a still frame from Premiere.

If Premiere is not open, open it.

If you have not set up a project yet, please refer to this wiki:

 

 

Move you playhead through Final Cut Pro until you find the single frame that you would like to export.  Park your playhead 
on that frame in the timeline.

Select 'File > Export > Using Quicktime conversion ...'

Select 'Format > Still Image'

Name it something that makes sense to you. 

Make sure to save it to where the rest of your media is stored, such as on your personal hard drive or on the tempstorage drive.

Click 'Save'
