AVID - Media Composer First How to Activate and Create a New Project

Go to My Products

Here is the Media Composer First product in You're my Products

If you are making a new account then AVID will email you to the email address you registered

Install the software on your Mac or Windows computer and restart your computer

Then go to the AVID Link Icon in the upper right and go to >Show

Click on Profile and sign in with the information that was used to register for Media Composer First

Un and PW

Go back to the AVID Link icon and pull it down and choose Sync Account

Then click back on the Link App and choose >Products>Media Composer First

And choose Open

Choose Agree and Proceed on cookies

Under Create Project and title it

Click on the folder to choose where to save your project

Click Create
