Direct Billing for Flights
The University of Texas at Austin handles direct bill flight bookings through two different travel agencies, Anthony Travel and Concur. Once travel authorization is approved, use the University's travel resources to book flights and make other travel arrangements.
Direct Billing for Car Rentals
To start the process of direct billing a rental car, make your rental car reservation with one of the UT contracted vendors, then complete and submit the Rental Car Central Billing Request. If an in-state rental is direct-billed, there should be no taxes charged EXCEPT the Property, Title, and Registration tax (the name may vary from one rental location to another; allows rental car companies to charge a fee to recoup the cost of registering and licensing their fleets).
