The Search page allows users to search by Invoice Submittals, Billing IDT Records, and Letter Bill Records. Billing
IDT Records and Letter Bills are typically only for Billing customers; however, users can see what has been
charged to their PID department’s debit account. This search ability relates to the Billing Debit role, which is
automatically assigned based on the user’s PID. Note that searching by a submitted date range or other filters
and parameters will produce the best search results. General searches may retrieve a lot of data and take time
to populate.
