If you already have a UT EID do not create a second, instead go here (https://idmanager.its.utexas.edu/eid_self_help/) and select "Find My EID".

Quest uses the University of Texas EID system. To begin using Quest you need to obtain a UT EID from www.utexas.edu/eid. You will find online tools for your UT EID here (https://idmanager.its.utexas.edu/eid_self_help/).

 

The Quest team doesn't manage the EID system, for any login issues you will need to contact the ITS help desk (https://www.utexas.edu/its/helpdesk/forms/emailform.php) directly.
