This section contains general information on the process required to invite and fund a guest artist to the Department of Theatre and Dance. Natasha Small serves as Program Coordinator for the Department of Theatre and Dance.

Guest Artist Process - Step-by-step instructions for the entire guest artist process. Use this guide if you are the sponsoring faculty member (or assisting a sponsoring faculty member) of an upcoming guest artist.

Confirmation Email Template - Use this email template to confirm the agreement between you, the sponsoring faculty member and the guest artist.

Travel Information - This page provides detailed instructions for estimating travel costs, accommodations and other potential travel costs.

Guest WIFI or Single Day Parking Requests  - This method is for when you are requesting Parking and/or WIFI ONLY.  When travel, lodging, honorarium and others are being paid then please list the parking charges on the guest artist form and proceed with the guest artist process (above).  Requested parking passes and wifi cards need to be picked up at Natasha's desk before the arrival of the guest.  Pick up happens between 8am-4pm, from Monday through Friday.
