This section contains general information on the process required to invite and fund a guest artist to the Department of Theatre and Dance. Natasha Small serves as Guest Artist Liaison for the Department of Theatre and Dance.

 

 


Timeline for Submitting Paperwork

  • Local Guests: 3 weeks before first day of service.
  • Out of Town Guests: 1 month (or sooner) before first day of service.
  • International Guests/Companies: Request a meeting with Natasha as soon as possible to discuss the project. International guests could require extended application times.
  • WiFi and Parking: 48 business hours in advance.
  • LATE Paperwork: Please submit a signed letter or email from the sponsoring faculty member explaining the reason for tardiness.
