Storage consumption
- Storage consumption tracking for UTBackup begins December 1, 2011.
- Consumption is measured by snapshot of the top level org for each department
- Snapshots will be taken at the end of each month
Usage Reporting
- Monthly storage use reports will be emailed to each org billing contact.
- The report format will contain
Monthly usage reports are averaged and rounded up to the nearest GB.
August storage use billing will be lumped into the next fiscal year calculation.
Billing invoices will be issued starting in August, 2012.
