All Fall 2023 admitted students (PHEL and EPP) who are intending to enroll full-time students and are seeking a paid Graduate Assistantship or Graduate Research Assistantship are welcome to participate.

This event requires further participation and occurs four stages:            

  1. If you would like to be considered for assistantship opportunities please send your resume to Sarah Simi Cohen (sscohen2@utexas.edu) by Saturday, February 11th (8am CST)
  2. Offices will contact you directly to schedule interviews via Zoom starting Tuesday, February 14th  (i.e., make sure you are answering the phone number and email address you include in the survey.) 
  3. Complete the Post-Placement Exchange Survey by Friday March 3rd by 5pm CST.
  4. Offices offer jobs starting the week of March 13th (again, make sure you are checking your phone number and email).
