Getting Your Data via SFTP

when you need to access your data from a recent session

Step-by-step guide

Open a FTP/SFTP client of your choice
For the host use either filetransfer.biomedimaging.utexas.edu or sftp://filetransfer.biomedimaging.utexas.edu (which one you use is dependent on the FTP/SFTP client you chose).
Under username copy and paste the username from the Stache entry for your lab. Its name is in the format "<Labname> Filetransfer SFTP Account"
For the password use the password provided in the Stache entry above.
You'll see folders named after the scan protocol you used, it is usually easiest to download the entire folder at once.
The dicoms will be in a single directory. Tools like dcm2nii can operate on them as is, but if you need to separate them into folders it is usually easiest to import them into a freely available dicom viewer then reexport them.
