per 1/10/13 email
If a WORQS ticket has been created or an issue called in (bathroom, temp, water, smell, etc.):
- vet it through the Circulation Services Supervisor
- note it on the white board. This will also let our students know that action has been taken if someone reports it at the circ desk.
ex. "Dead animal/sewer smell reported to Zone 2 and Tom Wolfe, 1/10/13 9:10am by Beth"
- If the status changes or is resolved, then staff should revise the note or erase it.
