About Teams Phone calling service

Teams Calling allows you to use the Teams application on your computer or smart phone to make calls from and receive calls to your UT phone number.  Signing up for Teams calling also moves your voicemail to Teams and off the campus voicemail service

Requirements for Teams Phone Service

  • Be current faculty/staff with an assigned VoIP number.
  • Not on a shared line

After Teams calling is enabled, make to test making and receiving calls and contact the CSE service desk if you have any problems

After the service is enabled, you will see the dial pad in the Calls section in Teams and can start making calls
