D.3 Additional College/School Guidelines

Because different disciplines may need additional information to evaluate a candidate, a dean may distribute additional procedural guidelines and information for preparing promotion dossiers within their college or school.

This information must be disseminated to the college or school faculty (including promotion candidates) and shared with the Faculty Affairs team in the Provost’s Office.

If conflicts exist between the college/school guidelines and the University Guidelines, the University Guidelines shall take precedence (subject to the limitations in Section I).
