G.12 (b) Students’ Written Comments from Course Evaluation Surveys

All student comments from formal, end-of-semester course evaluations (CIS and CES) collected during the time window defined in Section G.6(c) must be placed in a folder in this section.

The comments related to each class (defined by unique number) must be saved as a separate PDF document, and courses must be organized in chronological order within the folder.

The CIS summary evaluation page or CES summary must be included as the first page of each document, followed by the complete set of student comments for the relevant course.
