Admin/Observer Reminders

Erin

• Observers start Monday 2/3

  • Please stick to classroom schedules so that observers have an hour of free play observation (9:05-10:05, 10:40-11:40, 12:10-1:10, 1:35-2:35, 3:10-4:10)

  • Observers must have a name tag badge, which indicates they have been background checked and vetted, something to write with/ write on, a water bottle if they are outside, headphones if they are inside, and NO electronics of any kind including phones, smart watches, etc.)

• Researchers also coming through

• CFL Wiki is the place where meeting notes lives and resources and slides are often linked

  • Erin will send everyone an email reminder on how to login

  • If you present, send slides to Erin so that she can link them in meeting notes

• Kirby Hall is hosting collaboration meetings 2/10 and 2/26 3:30 - 4:30 to create community and support their program

• SAAG is still evolving and new Social Work students will be starting next week

• Research!

  • Maud and Amy starting data collection in mid February for Cognitive Flexibility study

  • Jeff Lockman’s fine motor study will come through end of February/early March

  • Professor in EdPsych waiting on IRB approval for planned study

• Summer Staffing - let Amy know if you will be here for summer camp. Her goal is to have it staffed by the end of April before she leaves for Italy
