Advait - Finish daybreak stuff + finish battery box panels + finish processing for initial test of first forged carbon fiber test, figure out what to improve in manufacturing/prep process | Continue work on designing/planning ergo projects Finalize ansys setups for frame sims |
|
Steering got upper and lower steering CAD to exist Unsprung was traveling the entire time Suspension got a mix of some CAD and force matrix but also some weren’t able to get work done. Overall minimal progress but people were able to rest | Aerodynamics
Composites
| Ansys sims for latest frame iteration was setup and ran Only of a little bit of progress on daybreak pedal box, otherwise not much ergo work done |

Meeting Notes:
Blockers
Bulkheads on day-break, need to be trimmed, they are improperly made
How structural are they? Not that structural, they are not holding up anything
They are going to be pushed to be remade later focus on demolding testing.
Dynamics needs to know where the steering wheel will be placed
Body/ergo needs to know where the steering rack is?
Vacuum pump
We don't know how to get spring rate
Updates
Dynamics tried to get cad done.
Steering got a lot done suspension and unsprung did not.
Dynamics is behind on the track
Switching to Ansys for Sims
Ergo didnt have much progress but frame did
daybreak peddle box was done
Emech made the motor controler done they are going to make tabs.
Have to 3d-print/laser cut the vibration jigs.
Need to calculations for the motor controler and mppt.
Week work
Frame is going to work on jig plan, welding order plan
Ergo is going to work on next gen projects, see what need to be changed or improved.
work on daybreak peddle box
Aeroshell is going to be presenting all of the final ideas and sketches to see what plan needs to be made. Figure out the concept sketch and finalize how each part is going to look.
Need the know aeroshell design figured out soon so array can work
Rounded/ rectangular array?
Should be make body longer?
How are we attaching the aeroshell to the frame?
Dynamics
All CAD should exist.
How and when are we selecting shocks?
Need to define shock characteristics and shock soon before PDR.
One on Ones-
Areoshell - feels like there wasn't much productive feedback from the one on ones.
ask person questions about their work, and how we are running the meetings, work, structure.
What we need from our lord GERARD?
Need help figure out the loading conditions on the parts and car as a whole.
Phillip will continue talking to Tanu to figure out loading conditions.
