G.12 (q) Additional Materials Required by Secondary Academic Units (if applicable)

If the candidate holds a joint appointment of at least 30% and the college/school corresponding to the secondary academic appointment requires any materials not required by the University or the college/school corresponding to the primary appointment, those materials must be included in this folder.
