Focus on people only, not topics or organizations Size/# of entries we want? couple/few hundred, sweet spot so folks have plenty to work with, and progress/accomplishment is visible at end of workshop. Programmatic approach to developing the workshop dataset? Paloma can help with queries to hone it. Using TIDs provided by HoT folks as cross-reference to hone dataset? Workshop planning	All	Session structure/timing (we're aiming to deliver 2 sessions, on the same day or separate days, tbd Gauging potential attendee preferences - Stacy will ask UTL Content Management colleagues, instinct is 2 separate days, same day of week over 2 weeks. Think about targeted list of individual attendees to tailor scheduling/planning, but send open invitation to cast wider net for GRAs and other staff to self-select Max # of attendees? Paloma shared previous HRC workshop #s: 36 registered, 20+ attended (also publicized to iSchoolers) Michael shared experience/observations with GIS learning sprints: attendee #s lower than registration #s, and also second session attendee #s lower. Capped at 20
