Adobe Premiere Pro - Apple ProRes Export Workflow

If you have a sound mix that you need to import see this wiki first prior to exporting for screenings

Click on the Sequence to export and choose >File>Export>Media or click "Command M"
Choose Format = QuickTime Video Codec = Apple ProRes 422 or HQ
Then choose Audio Options Click on the "triangle" twirlldown
Choose More
Make sure Stereo is selected
Next on the source options make sure the Entire Sequence is selected Or if you had in and outpoints marked choose Source In/Out
Click on Output Name - and choose where you want to save the file.
Navigate to your hard drive and title the file
Last step is to Click Export to begin exporting the file.
