Go to your Sequences Bin Select the sequence in the bin that you would like to export | |
Go to >File>Publish To>Vimeo | |
Enter the QuickTime title where it says Name Type - Video and Audio Codec H.264 Quality - Best Audio - Stereo Choose SET to set the destination for the saved file Then Choose OK | |
Quit Media Composer if you are finished. | |
