DMC 4.206 For Lab Manager: Adding & Removing Teacher Brandwatch Computer Access Codes

This document describes how the Lab Manager can assign & remove access codes for the faculty & TAs working in DMC 4.206A ADV Collaboration Room Control Room. These codes allow these users to log into the touchpanel in the control room to access to adjust the Brandwatch computers.

Log into the 4.206A control room touchpanel using the Lab Manager access code. 
Press Enter.

Choose the Access Tab

To edit a teacher's access code, press the code you want to change,

type in a new PIN on the number pad,

and then press enter.

To delete a teacher's access code, press delete next to that code.

Press "X" on the touchpanel when you're finished to log out of the touchpanel and de-route the control station monitor, mouse, & keyboard.

This ensures no one else can adjust the computers without a code.
