CMB 4.130 - Ross Switcher not displaying Live Assist
This article is to explain how to set the screen next to the Ross Switcher into Live Assist mode.
If the screen is not displaying the Live Assist layout you will first need to look on the left hand side for the Carbonite folder.
you will need to use your fingertip to click on the + icon to expand the folder. (it’s not easy because it’s at the edge of the screen and may require multiple attempts)
Once expanded you will need to select Live Assist.
Then go to the bottom right hand corner and check that PanelLink is active. And you should be good to go.
