Approved ILD Options

Introduction

Students may choose one experience (distinction or dual degree) to pursue during the Innovation, Leadership and Discovery (ILD) course. Completion of a distinction or dual degree is required in order to pass the ILD course. The ILD course runs from August to May in the students’ third year of medical school, although some experiences will begin earlier or end later depending upon requirements. Each experience has its own orientation and meeting times.
