Posting Quarterly Endowment entries

Go to utimco.org and then select "CRIS" and log in.    

At this page select "DIST - Distribution Summary"

:

Select "view report for component/college/department selected below"  and put in the most recent quarter's begin and end dates, then "submit":

You will get a report with the following heading. 

Then enter the account number to find the matching $ transactions (3 per line) and post them in LP6: 

use the codes as follows:   3: Admin 4: Income 5: Endow     

 Run the report on/after Nov 30, February 28/29, May 31, and August 31.
