Scanning charges

This page is meant to describe the information that should be sent to Mike each month.

Monthly Scanning Charges and Subject Payments Report 

Be sure to keep track of your scan time and subject payment information, because at the end of every month every graduate student should send out an email that includes:

    1. Scanner time
      1. date
      2. start time & end time
      3. experiment
      4. if there were any other charges for parking spaces
      5. if there are any scans that we should request a refund for, or not be charged for 
    2. Subject Payments
      1. total number of paid subjects that you ran that month
      2. total amount that you paid to subjects during that time 
      3. the name or number of the cash advance that you used to pay the participants
