Maymester (Intersession) Faculty Appointments

In Workday, Maymester is called "Intersession", and is not considered summer employment.

Process

Request a One-Time Payment on the long session job (i.e. PM sup org faculty position). Coverage dates should reflect the Maymester course dates (for example, 5/23/YYYY-6/23/YYYY). The Scheduled Payment Date should be the last day of the coverage period (in the prior example, 6/23/YYYY). Assuming final-approval of the business process prior to Payroll deadlines, this will pay on the July 1 paycheck.
