Moving an Instructor EID From One Quest Code Base to Another

Quest runs multiple code bases at the same time at various levels of testing.

When this happens an instructor will will need to be moved to an older code base.

The process is as follows:

Get the instructor's UT EID
Go to Quest System Admin (https://quest.cns.utexas.edu/systemadmin/main)
- Click on Users tab
- Enter EID in the text field and click on Find
Scroll to the bottom of the page where Beta Routing is displayed. Options are:
- Pool 2 - newest Quest release of software will all new functions
- Pool 1 - partial version of the newest Quest release, most students and HS students are on this release
- None - pervious version of Quest, no updates or patching will be available for this release
Select one of the options and hit Update
A mesg will be displayed when the change is complete.
