Student Access Dates
As you are setting up your course you will be asked to select the correct timezone, and include the 'Student Access Start' and 'Student Access End' date (both in YYYY-MM-DD format) on the settings page.
Please make sure that the 'student access end' date is at the end of your semester. If you set the student access end date while your students still need to access material you are posting on Quest, students will not be able to access it. There are two clues if this happens: 1) several students will voice their Quest screens have gone blank. 2) there will be a red banner on your course that says 'students DO NOT have access this course'.

This can be verified by looking at the student access window (in the example above, indeed, in the past).
To continue to allow your students to access the material, go the the settings option at the top of the left sidebar (or green edit settings button, green arrows above), and adjust the 'Student Access End' date to something more fitting for your semester.
